Thermal spray system consisting of the following key components:

• Water-cooled thermal spray guns (HVOAF/HF Detonation), both operated with natural gas.
• Common control unit, for monitoring and controlling the operation of whole system, with the latest technology and safety features (CE marking).
• A gas supply cabinet equipped with mass flow controllers for reliable control of process conditions.

These components can be easily integrated with standard commercial systems for water-cooling and powder supply.

Coating Services

Manufacturing of prototype parts or small production runs for customers who may later establish a production line and license the coating:

• Dense metallic coatings by HVOAF spraying.
• Cermet coatings [WC-Co(Cr), WC-Ni(Cr), Cr₃C₂-NiC,.. ] by HVOAF or HF Detonation spraying.
• Ceramic coating deposition by HF Detonation spraying.
